For a delicious low carb salty treat, you can bake parmesan crisps. Simply mix some parmesan cheese with a little paprika and onion powder. Place on some baking paper and bake for 3-4 minutes. These provide a crunchy and satisfying treat with the bare minimum carbohydrates. 
3. Pork Rinds (Scratchings)
These are delicious salty pieces of pig skin which have an amazing taste. They contain no carbs and are excellent when following a low carb diet. They are also useful when intermittent fasting as they contain a good amount of healthy fat.
